Our Team

Greg Lozon joined Perpetual Financing with a distinguished career as a leader and innovator.  After serving our country in the US Air Force, Greg excelled in law enforcement in the metropolitan Detroit area, retiring after being injured in the line of duty. 

Always carrying a passion for cars and financing, Greg began selling cars and worked his way to general manager of a large area dealership.  After 15 successful years in sales and management, Greg narrowed his focus in 2002 into the finance and insurance arena.  He began showing other auto dealership owners how to increase profits using creative, yet relatively unknown financing and insurance strategies.  These strategies eventually led Greg to Perpetual Financing. 

With his years of success and experience, Greg quickly realized the potential for helping auto dealerships, other business owners and individuals’ further increase profits and control through this time tested system of perpetual financing.  Greg has spent the last several years studying, introducing, educating and training clients and other professionals throughout the country on perpetual financing.  He sees his role with Perpetual Financing as the culmination of his lifelong desire to help individuals and business owners create systematic financial certainty throughout their lives. 

Greg is a native of Detroit where he earned his accounting degree from The University of Detroit.  He has always taken pride in helping his community.  Greg is currently active in numerous civic activities and holds leadership positions in several fraternal organizations.  Greg and his wife Diane are proud parents of their five children and six grandchildren.

David Jacobson started out in the field of corporate management over 25 years ago. Rising through the ranks and known best for turning a troubled business model into a financial powerhouse was his expertise. Dave helped train others to achieve the same results which helped empower his colleagues to increase overall corporate growth.
Soon after reaching the proverbial corporate glass ceiling, Dave changed career paths focusing on his family’s financial future. He became licensed for both Residential Building and Residential Real Estate and has been buying/selling and investing for over 17 years. Because of his success, Dave began training other real estate investors on everything from purchasing their first home to advance training for the savvy investor throughout the country’s largest metropolitan areas. He has spoke to groups as large as four hundred and enjoys turning the light on in someone that learns something for the first time.
When training several years ago, Dave was introduced to a financial revolution. It was a way even the most astute investor could save or accumulate thousands upon thousands of dollars through a simple system that for the most part, they were doing anyway.  Sharing this information became a passion and still is today.
Through education and new information, Dave is again training the educated investor and business owner on the finer points of wealth accumulation through several vehicles that best meet the investor’s needs. Working closely to educate them on how their money grows which will give them a true chance for a healthy financial retirement.  Dave lives in Southeastern Michigan with his wife and three children.

Joe Militello is a native Metro Detroiter, born and raised in Michigan for the last 43 years. Joe has a diverse real estate background and has extensive experience in real estate investments and mentoring and has closed over one thousand transactions for him and his clients combined. Cash flowing real estate is a specialty and niche for him and for his clients. Joe also has an extensive financial background and is the former Co-owner of Benchmark Mortgage Company and the current Co-owner of Real Estate Cash Flow Machine and Cash Flow Property Management Company. Joe has been in the real estate industry for 22 years and started a joint ventures with John Jamieson about 9 years ago and has been in business together ever since. Joe has been very pleased with his business partnerships with John as it is extremely difficult to find a like-minded individual who has the same motivations and beliefs as you have and work can together very well.
Since the collapse in the real estate market and the economy in general across the country that started around 2006, Joe has dedicated much of his time and business savvy to discovering the strongest avenues to create safe and sound investments and the strongest principle and asset protection for his clients. His diligence and hard work has paid off and he has discovered safe strategies that provide liquidity and security of capital for himself and his clients.
